We have a strict process for testing to ensure the ordered products are functionally correct before be packed and sent to you. This is an additional quality assurance check as all the goods have passed in the factory line.

     If there is quality problem with your product, please return it to us, and we will offer you free repair service, our customer should cover the return shipping fee, and Toycome is responsible for the shipping costs of arranging reshipment by air mail. Cell phone, Intelligent Bracelet, Headset, Bluetooth speakers and Bluetooth devices, Camera, Video games and other digital products, are covered by a 12 MONTH WARRANTY for repair from the delivery date (excluding items damaged or misused after receipt), other products are covered by 3 MONTH WARRANTY for repair (excluding items damaged       or misused after receipting.)  

   All of the products have the 30 days WARRANTY for the Replacement & Refund, return and replacement should be within 30 days from the delivery date. Sometimes we may give you a solution according to the goods value, either issue you a partial refund or send a replacement.

   If you don't get the goods or items within 50 days after you pay, you could open an dispute, we will issue full refund to you after the check out . However, we sincerely hope you can repay if you finally get the goods or items after 50 days.

 Receive a wrong item?  

  Please send to the pictures so that we could get what item you did receive be instead and we can try to find out the problem. After we confirm this fault, we will give you a solution according to the value either for return, free replacement or offer you low cost to buy it. Of course, if this need to be returned, we will pay for the return shipping which sent by air mail.

The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear and man-made.

   All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return.  All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please click the order and return to request Return Merchandise Authorization and get Authorization.
   Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product was not purchased from 
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number 
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product 
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage 

The Return Merchandise Authorization Process with Three Easy Steps:

1. Get RMA Authorization after you submit a RMA request by visit ,RMA request should include the below information: Order Number, SKU, the reason of sending back and post images, choose replacement or refund money and other your related concern.

2. Ship the return goods after you get the RMA authorization.
  Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from Toycome com customer service center together with RMA authorization.

3. Get the replacement or Refund.
  Toycome will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.
